We've been looking forward to having the Silversun Pickups in the Lounge since we first heard the "Pikul" EP. "Kissing Families" certainly became a staple of the WOXY.COM airwaves within a short period of time and remains a heavily requested tune.

This 4-piece from Los Angeles have been friends for years and just put out their debut full-length album called "Carnavas" on Dangerbird Records.

We caught the band on a day off while they were on their way to the Midwest Music Summit in Indianapolis. They played 4 tracks off the new album and also included "Kissing Families" into their set.
