I didn't realize that it was an option.

In case anyone else is interested, you can use the feature as follows: [list=1]
Find a post from someone you want to ignore.
Click the Profile buttom just beneath that person's post.
At the bottom of the profile, just below Interests, is a link that lets you Add [x] to your Ignore List. Click it.
