Ok here's The Best one ever

Ok, I have this friend that really hasen't a clue as to what that big box is that's connected to the TV looking thing on his computer desk. He has learned how to download files though, He went on the PC the other day and downloaded a movie from a video game that he has. I think it was the Final Fantasy 7 ending or something odd like that but anyway he plays the video and it plays upside down. Now I know that on the FF7 PC game that the files were written like that and then they turn them right side up while in game. (God only knows why) but the kicker is that now ALL of his Video's play upside down. Now how on earth can someone do this? Personally I can't stand the thought of fixing the man's PC again so if anyone knows how to fix this please help a guy out.
