Am I the only one watching Banzai (http://origin.fox.com/banzai/), or are the rest of you too embarassed to admit it? I thought this was just going to be some corny, negative stereotypical (http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/story/101714p-92067c.html) Japanese game show rip off, but I think it's hillarious. I just wish it was on Saturday nights, because it would make the perfect drinking game.

I've seen parts of one episode (the dog beats Willis and the dwarf on the left can climb the basketball player the quickest), and all I could think about was what a great drinking game it would be. Alas, the only way to do that would be to tape it, and then I'd end up sober and rich (at my friends' expense) on a saturday night ('cause you're damn skippy I'm gonna watch it and remember who wins what).

I agree, DSM, this show is funny as hell. I doubt it is long for this earth, so I'm trying to catch it while it's still on. The one legged guy shooting a goal against the one-armed goalie was really funny, albeit un-pc as hell.

There's another really funny show on Spike TV that reminds me a little of this -- it is a 'real' crazy japanese game show that's over-dubbed with fake translations, so it's sort of a cross between Banzai and MST3K.

My family loves it. I mean seriously LOVES it.
I think parts of it are funny, but I'm not bummed like they are if I don't get to see it.

I watched Banzai for the the first time this past Sunday and I loved it. I'm not ashamed to admit it.

MST3K is definitely one of the best shows/ideas ever.

Spike TV I believe in on TNN. The new man network or something like that.

we watched the first episode, then forgot about it...but thought it was pretty funny.

we didn't bet, because we're broke...but we should have.
