I know..."desk set" is one of my favorite movies of all time...was really sad to hear this lastnight on the news...

I don't know how tragic this is. Katherine was very very old. She had a great life and left us with many great things. I am sure she was all too pleased to finally say goodbye.

Looks like I'll be watching one of my all-time faves, The Philadelphia Story, this weekend in her honor!

She was a fine example of how brains and beauty can go hand in hand. She did lead a long, full life, but I'll still miss her.
