Black Flag (Rollins Band)

The Rollins Band and Keith Morris are currently on tour doing Black Flag shows as a benefit for the West Memphis 3 http://www.wm3.org/

This show was phenomenal. I've seen my share of cheesey hardcore reunion shows (Misfits, Dead Kennedys), but this was an amazing spectacle. Ian MacKaye came out to do Rise Above with Henry and I spent the whole evening moshing like I was 17 again.

I know they are doing shows in Columbus and Cleveland and, if you have a chance to catch it, you should. Seeing all those classic Black Flag songs live was great.

So did Keith sing any Circle Jerks songs? Who was playing in the Black Flag band? Greg Ginn? Bill Stevenson from "All"?

The band was the normal Rollins Band (aka Mother Superior).

Greg Ginn has announced his own Black Flag reunion shows. They will be benefits for homeless felines.

Keith only did Black Flag songs, but don't worry, I notice that he's going out on tour with the Circle Jerks later this summer.

Bad Brains (with H.R.)
Husker Due
The Dickies

Iggy and the Stooges
The Buzzcocks
Social Distortion
