Hey all. Make sure you to listen to the local music portions of 97X programming for new music from the local rock band Premium. Premium is the future of Cincinnati rock and roll. They've played Jammin' on Main twice in the past two years, been nominated for a Cammy, played Midpoint, were featured at a local music show at Bogarts, played the Rock Machine at the Cavern, and just released their debut album Head Start. What's crazy is that they just graduated from high school this month. who are you, from St. X?

I'm a good friend of the band who has been helping them out with promotion. I did go St. X (I graduated with them last week) but I also live in the Finneytown area. We're hoping to really do some stuff with their new record. I think its got a lot of potential.

I caught them at Midpoint. Good band, if not entirely original. Very talented band who play about 50 times as good as I when I was that age. A couple more years worth of songwriting experience and they just might be a force to be reckoned with.
