Strangely, for some reason, i took this seriously. I asked my friend John whose dad is a lawyer... He originally, for some reason, said yes, it would be. Then he called me back about 3 hours later (i guess lawyers with their own practices have very very little to do). He said that it wouldn't be protected as it's not a "registered" weapon and couldn't be registered unless you're military personnel with some sort of gov't clearance, so as a right to bear arms thing no... he also said that it couldn't necessarily be used to kill/incapacitate intruders, as it would actually blow up your house.

So whatever, that dude is crazy.
