Has anyone heard of "The In-Laws"? It's a remake of an old comedy, and it looks really funny

Just saw an ad for it last night. Michael Douglas and Albert Brooks?

I liked the old version a lot, so they'd have to make a really stellar effort to make it worthwhile, I think. Hard to beat Peter Falk and Alan Arkin (I know, that makes me sound old, but watch the old version... it's quite funny).

I got to go to the advanced screening for "The In-Laws" tonight, and I was very excited. Starring Michael Douglas and Albert Brooks, I thought it was bound to be good. Also starring in the film, in a smaller role, was Ryan Reynolds (“National Lampoon’s Van Wilder”, “Two Guys and a Girl”), whom I really enjoy as an actor. The movie was very funny, the entire way though. Some of the funniest parts I thought were when the foreigner kept calling Albert Brooks’ character the “Fat Cobra”. Also, the scene at the end, during the wedding, where everything got wet and soaked, was one of the funniest parts of the film. I really recommend this film, as it was entertaining the whole way through.
