Anyone else heard much about this band?
I saw TSOOL this past week, and they were one of the support acts (Palo Alto was the other opening band - swell guys!).
Anyway, The Caesars ROCKED x 1000!!! They're also from Sweden (known as Caesars Palace over there). Very fun music. Superfast, punk/garage type rock, pretty much. Looks like their album is coming out on 04/22 on Astralwerks. Oh yeah, and their site is here:
Caesars Site (http://www.caesarsweb.com)
Their bassist reminded me of Dauber from TV's 'Coach.' But that's not all. The guitarist looked like a Hugh Grant on speed! He was crazy! I was down front leaning on the stage... I thought I was gonna die! He shouts crazy things, swings his guitar in every direction, hops into the audience and bangs into people... his effects pedal/pod even had the word "KILLA" written on it. But hey, although I cheated death 83 times during their energetic set, he was one of the most entertaining musician I've seen on stage in a long time.
I've been moved away from Dayton for over a month now, so my WOXY time has dwindled down to occasional listens on the web - but I was wondering if WOXY was starting to play these guys yet, and if not, they should!!!
