Apparently some DJs from a station in Canada got Sarah Palin's phone number and pranked her as the president of France, Nicolas Sarkozy. She sure buttered him up with her plucky folksiness. Bet the Rethuglican base loves hearing her talk about France of all places in such a positive way. I thought "Real" Americans hated France!

What I found humorous was the fairly unprofessional start to the conversation on Palin's end - you'd think the governor would have a more seasoned and smooth receptionist, and then she herself wouldn't "chew out" said receptionist when the call doesn't initiate the way she expected - right on the phone.
