Gates shouldn't have to, since this is possibly the result of people doing what I;m currently trying to do for a living-- albeit with an ethical blindspot-- stuffing webpages with "amy winehouse avril lavigne britney spears nude xxx horny teens aguilara dirty nasty tits" tags to the point where you could do a search on "mother theresa calcutta" and get a bunch of hits showing Amy Winehouse with a nostril full of Bolivian booger sugar falling off of something while drooling and slurring something about "fucking wanker cunts."

Yahoo! and Google and the major engines try to crack down on this sort of thing. Unless they and/or Gates are behind it, if only by proxy through their own people down the food chain, which is perhaps possible.
