View Full Version : Top Vintage artists???
Is there anyway to dial up a list of the artists with the number of plays on the WOXY Vintage channel?
I'm sure some enterprising boarders could use that info to construct a Vintage bracket or the like...
Might be fun.

maybe it is just my imagination but it seems like you would hear more depeche mode......i mean, they were HUGE back then. even now the crappy corporate stations have seemed to latch on to them to a degree.

I can say with a fair amount of certainty that the most played artists are the usual suspects: The Cure, U2, The Clash, REM, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, The Smiths, and so on. It's probably tilted a bit more to the heritage artists that started in the late 70's or 80's but you're starting to hear more 90's-centric bands get into the mix as music from that time period gets a little further in the rear view....

The WOXY Vintage is a living, breathing, fluid thing....
Jack and Meg White, consider yourselves in the on deck circle.
