Are you forgetting the conspiracy? You weren't supposed to start any thread on Black History Month. Then on March 1, Due was supposed to start a thread bitching about no one starting a thread on Black History Month. See what you did? All our master plans -- ruined!

Shuttlesworth led civil rights fight
Black History Moment

The Rev. Fred Shuttlesworth was one of the "Big Three" of the civil rights movement. He, along with Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the Rev. Ralph Abernathy, led the struggle for racial equality.

Shuttlesworth, a pastor of a Baptist church in Birmingham, Ala., brought a fiery personality and fearlessness to the effort.

After surviving the bombing of his home on Christmas Day in 1956, he wasn't afraid to confront officials or police.

In New York to raise money for a planned protest in Birmingham during the Easter season in 1963, Shuttlesworth shocked a group assembled in the apartment of actor Harry Belafonte when he said, "You have to be prepared to die before you can begin to live."

the true conspiracy is that Black History Month is February, the shortest month of the year!!! 28 days instead of all those White History Months with 30 or 31 days!

Fight the power!

Sincerely,
The Man

Yeah, I know. That's the beauty of our culture. Embracing everyone except for those that were here first.

Holy Crap! Yeah, I'll just back away now. I was unfamiliar with this.

If anyone is interested in joining me, I'd like that. I hear their going to have some special discussions available this month but I haven't found anything on that so far. : I
