Is it wrong that I don't think this guy did anything really bad?

I worked for a place that one 2nd shift loss prevention EE would lock himself in a group office – alone each day.
They set up a camera – I’ll leave it to your imagination what he was doing in there….but the story is similar.

So do we get to now rehash all of the masterbatorial legal puns we came up with when the judge was caught wacking it on the bench?

you know, why didn't somebody just pull the poor idiot aside and say "hey guy, probably shouldn't be walking around in here naked. put some clothes on, ok?"
but Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, we have to prosecute and fine and ruin the guy's life, and probably his family's life as well.
honestly, we make things far fucking harder than they have to be...the only person who saw him was a security guard.

He put the judicial system to the test(es).
pleading not guilty by reason of insanity...
rather refreshing that he didn't say he has an alcohol problem.

Does anybody know if this would make this guy a sex offender if he's convicted? That would be bullshit.

to play devils advocate - if someone is violating a dress code policy to such a degree - what other rules are they breaking? Isn't someone in a legal profession held to a higher standard when it comes to breaking laws? There are only a few jobs where you can walk around naked & I'm pretty sure none of them are in Hamilton County.
And by the way - would you want to sit in any of the chairs in your office once you knew someone was frolicking around naked while you were gone?
I thought not.

When I was 16, I was a bus boy at a restaurant in a nudist colony (aka resort) north of Tampa, Paradise Lakes. Anyway, the rule there was you had to bring in a towel to sit on while eating. Apparently, this keeps the ass juice off the chairs and booths. :D Pehaps they should put the same rule into effect just in case more after hours naked frolicking occurs..... ;)
