I was thinking this exact thing when King and Wasserstein died a few days ago! That all of these female heroes are dying along the backdrop of the Alito confirmation, and the acceptance of wire-tapping, thus a death of civil rights.

When I saw last night that Friedan died too...I let out quite a wail. Times...they are a-changin. :(
