I saw that on the news this morning. I was shocked -- not because the death toll has reached 2000, but because I would have guessed that it had a long time ago.

More still die every year from juvenile diarrhea, which not only affects very young children but is both easily preventable and easily curable. And you hear even less on CNN (or in Hollywood, the music industry...)
