Everything's been silent for nearly 10 minutes... I can't get my work done without WOXY in the background. :(

Quality is pretty bad this early morning. Lots of skipping, dropouts and other nasty stuff. Sounds like the encoder is having a hard time getting the source audio to the new stream host.

I have noticed that before too (bad quality on the AAC+ strems).

Listening this morning and everything checks out OK. The brief outage last night was for emergency maintenance at TWC. When you guys have trouble, make sure to check and see if it's isolated to the AAC+ stream or if it affects the MP3 streams as well. Send me an email (bryan@woxy.com) with:
the time you noticed it
what media player you were using
what stream you were listening to (i.e. Windows Media high - main channel)
if it affected all of the streams or just one (WM, MP3 and/or AAC+)

The AAC+ seems to be garbled right now, been doing it for about 1/2 hour
when happening-4:15 till now
media player-winamp
what stream-AAC+
affected other streams-not the mp3, didn't check WM

Please email me next time you notice this so I can check it while it's happening. I just pulled up the AAC+ stream here using Winamp and had no issues, sounded great as of 5:15p EDT. Also, I've been listening via VLC Player on Mac for the past few days and haven't experienced any issues with either the main or Vintage channels. I'm thinking this is a media player issue. What version of Winamp are you running? You also may want to check this page for any gotchas: http://tuner2.com/makeyourselfready.html

I can't seem to get the AAC Plus to run anymore. Here is the address i use: http://xalt.ic.llnwd.net/stream/xalt_woxy_aac_lo
Winamp says http/1.1 403 Forbidden (The ISA Server denies the specified URL)
1) Happened since the new servers used by woxy.com
2) Winamp 5.94
3) AAC Plus
4) Affects MP3 and AAC Plus, but not Windows Media Player
Any ideas?
