Electric Six "Senor Smoke" (WEA International) [IMPORT only 2nd album release from the Detroit rockers. domestic release: tba]

Marcia Griffiths "Shining Time" (V.P. Records) [newly recorded classics and originals -- original member of the I-Threes]

LCD Soundsystem "LCD Soundsystem" (DFA/Capitol) [US release of the debut full-length from DFA co-founder James Murphy. features bonus disc featuring the original 12" singles including "Losing My Edge" and "Give It Up"]

Willie Nelson "Songs" (Hip-O/Lost Highway) [one disc retrospective spanning his career from 1961 on]

They Might Be Giants "Here Come the ABCs" (Walt Disney) [John & John begin a new relationship with Walt Disney for this children's album. Separate dvd release also available]

Good call! These can always be added to. I don't know how I left off the Wedding Present disc. It was on my post-it note of artists to include, but it somehow didn't make my actual posting. :-)

Actually, the live Mogwai collection is in stores next week I believe (on the 22nd). It was, however, already released overseas.

The Bravery disc is actually a promo-only cd that was sent out to college radio, but it solely consists of the new single "An Honest Mistake" and the 3 cuts that are on the import EP "Unconditional". Their full album should be out next month, but I still haven't seen a confirmed date on that.
