::echoes sigh::

The more I hear from the Bravery, the more I enjoy them, a feeling that could only be exacerbated by a live performance. Either I need to move back to Houston, or find someone up for a Cleveland road trip. Anyone?

Yeah, I'll be curious to see what this is. These tour dates were just announced earlier today, so I bet that will have more info soon. I assume that this will be a show with CD101 and as far as I know, their shows are always open to the public. Hopefully it will be at the Promowest Pavillion and a 'low-dough' show. As soon as we find out what exactly the deal is, I'll be sure to post it.

Bravery is another band my boyfriend's band toured with - the live show is none other than ::cute::. They are a good-looking band, they sound good, and the crowd is chock full of little cuties. You know, college-y ones.

At least, that was my experience at the two shows I went to - granted one of those was in Cambridge, MA.

The official Ash website just lists the Columbus date as being at Promowest. My guess is that this will be a low-dough show with CD101, but tickets will be available to the general public. It's a Saturday night so you know I'll be headed up!

You can get airfares cheap from Louisville or Columbus to Baltimore and then it's a cheap short train ride to our fair city.

I totally dig on Ash. Those young 'uns have pretty much burned every bridge they have crossed with record companies though.

Anyone know where the phrase "Free All Angels" originated?

Anyone? Anyone? Buller? Bueller?

never seen em live, how are they? Free All Angels seemed pretty slick, just wondering how it compares to the way they sound on CD.

Splitting a room with an X-man?!?!? Dude, isn't that what turned Magnus evil????

I saw them at Coachella last year, and it was favourite out of a TON of great shows that were witnessed. The pit was the craziest one I've ever been in. Everyone screaming lyrics and happily stepping all over each other. Of course I like the older songs better, but hey, they all ROCK.

I was at Coachella last year and have to agree with you. Unfortunately, I only saw their last four songs or so. It took me that long to give up on The Cure who were less than on top of their game. Wish I would have seen the whole Ash set.

Yessirree, I know where I'm going to be on the night of March 10. I'll happily put a little money in Dave Grohl's pockets for this one.
