is anybody else more disturbed by the fact that a 7 year old can't spell the word "word" or "recess" or "keep" or "said" or "for" or "mouth" or "would"!?? i mean, the mom should counter-sue the teacher for failing miserably at her job. they should all file a third party complaint against the kid for being WAY too "hooked on phonics"!

The blog DOES point out that it may be a fake, but also notes that this is based on the opinion of another blogger. It points out, immediately after that part, that it is NOT a fake, and the original suspicion was based on a joke "contract" someone else put on a t-shirt based on the very real contract viewable on the ACLU website. Click on Frost's link to see the t-shirt. Ignore the part where Frost says the contract image is flubbed.
