ROME, Italy (Reuters) -- A 67-year-old woman was killed when a three-meter (10-foot) tall metal crucifix fell on her head in a small southern Italian town on Wednesday, police said.

The cross, which has been in the main square on Sant'Onofrio for decades, fell on Maddalena Camillo while workers were setting up lights for an annual religious festival.

Italy, home to the Vatican City, is a predominantly Roman Catholic country where crucifixes and religious icons and effigies are a common sight in most towns and villages.

where's due? i want to know what she 'rolled' on that moment so that i can stay the clear f&*$ away from it or at least know whats going to happen with me then? seriously, but what if that was your grandma and she died that way, sonuva, now that would be just as tough in my mind, (maybe) having a healthy g-ma and then bam, ouch.

When I was in 8th grade, our religon teacher who was a former nun (I don't know why she left she was a bitch and ugly, no one was going to hit that).

We went to mass during school as it was one of those holy days of obligation. In typical 8th grade fashion, we were farting, telling jokes, refusing to sing. As we left she yelled "everyone go to you desks". We go and wait a minute for her to arrive. She storms in, slams the door. She slams the door so hard it knocks this cross on the wall above the door, lands on her head cutting her. She is hunched over bleeding, and we all just started laughing.

God must have really hated her.

8th graders are such a-holes.
