View Full Version : WOXY.COM Poll

I thought it'd be fun to have a simple poll on here.
The Question is "Who would you most like to see as the next president of the usa?" NOT "who are you voting for?" So if you like Nader or any other minor candidate, vote for him. To make it interesting, I'm going to include "Kerry, but I'd prefer another Democrat" and "Bush, but id prefer another Republican" into the mix, say if you like Kerry but prefer Dean, or you like Bush but prefer McCain. In any case if you like a third party better, pick them.

This is for fun, so no trash talking on here please. If you choose "Other" please post your choice.

Sorry those of you who support the Natural Law and Constitution parties. I didnt include ya ;)

Thats hilarious, I was going to post something about his nice teeth below the pic, but decided against it. :) They are VERY nice for a man his age, but I imagine he has spent some good money on em.

Michael Badnarik (libertarian) - Why are we throwing people in prison for smoking a plant that makes you feel good? It seems like a stupid issue, but how less crowded would our prisons be if we legalized drugs? It's worth trying.

Well, I would consider myself a republican, but would love to see less gov't, less taxes, and a balanced budget. As much as I hate to say it, Clinton followed through with the balanced budget. Bush (Jr and Sr) gave us less taxes, but nobody has given us less gov't.

It is too bad nobody but the 2 major parties will ever win an election. I would love to see what they would do if an somebody else won (Perot had the best chance, but fucked up when he dropped out and then came back).

Disclaimer-Arrr! This post not be open for debate, mateys! Ye be walkin' the plank if ya raise yer ire!-

I'm shocked not to see more minor party preference on this board. I thought there would be at least 10 percent Green and 5 percent Libertarian on here.

I'm a libertarian, but a socialist, and also liberal. I will not go to polls to vote for a libertarian. Altho I tend to hold those views, I also think they can b a bit xtreme.

So, I'm stuck pickin between those who can actually make a difference by bein elected. : (

However, I've always thought the White House could use a little more color:

I hear that. Bill Maher (right after the RNC) suggested that some democrats may have been having "buyers remorse" in choosing Kerry over Dean, because Dean is way more firey and seems to have more conviction in his beliefs. If nothing else he would have been a great foil for Prez Bush.

All I knows is I'm not voting for either Bush or Kerry.
In fact, it would be hilarious if all the newly registered voters elected Nader or something instead of voting for Bush or Kerry like everone thinks they will.
WOOPS!
Anyways, move to Norway instead of Germany. I hear Germany's economy is messed up.
And have you seen the Norwegian chicks?

:p I have friends/relatives that live in Harstad, Norway. I won't say their system is perfect, but much different and definately better in some respects. They pay roughly 25% in taxes on nearly everything but the government provides healthcare for all citizens. Roughly 8% of Norways GDP absorbs the costs of the national healthcare system, while most of the rest comes from grants the government provides to the separate regions that coordinate the services locally. In exchange, they require all citizens to contribute one year of military or government service after graduation from high school. A small price to pay to the government for the government to take care of your health for the rest of your life.

As for Norwegian girls....
