I think the most important question is will woxy.com still be around even when the music is gone?

Yes.

I think that during the remaining days, woxy.com will/should continue to aggressively court would-be investors AND come up with a way to continue to generate income without the benefit of the FM advertising revenue.
The two suggestions I have were...
1) Making the website a pay website. Keep general access available to all, but make select premium pages subscription only. George Lucas did a similar thing to starwars.com about a year ago and it seems to have been a success.
2) Offering the same on-air content via a local cable station. That way many of the local advertisers would still see a benefit to advertising on "The Future of Rock and Roll" and not bail once the FM signal is abandoned.
These are just two suggestions that I think would work to cover perhaps a portion of the woxy.com broadcast until investors come around. Anyone have any others?

The problem with cable is it's not accessable anywhere but at home. Most of us listen at work (internet) and in the car (radio). Does time warner offer any music channels other than the Music Choice stuff?
