Step one:
Build a very fast spaceship that can fly 21 light years in an about two weeks and holds 50,000 people.
Step Two:
Fly to a habitable planet that is about 21 light years away. Bring a receiver that is capable of receiving very weak signals. Listen to 97X for about 21 years. When the broadcast ends repeat step one.
The only problem is I can’t find funding.
