You'd think I would've heard of this. I have not. Interesting. I may have to attend.

I missed last years because it was the same day as our Puppet Slam. I hope that I'll have some extra dough and be able to attend this year.
If not, I'll drag the family along to S.P.A.C.E. 2005

Looks like me and the fam will be there. Anybody wanna meet up and say hello?
Yvette, I just shot an e-mail off to Eric. I was unaware there were any indie type folks making comics in the Cincy area. I'll be stopping by his table for sure.

I'd love too, but I don't know if we'll have the time. We may possibly be able to meet up after the show at about 7pm for food, but it depends on how tired we are after the show.

Well, I do intend to sto by the table where you'll be helping someone pimp his wares, so at least I'll meet you there.
It's at a hotel, so it'll be relatively small and those of us going should have little trouble finding each other.

I'm planning on thinking about going. I'm not sure what my weekend's got in store, so I'll have to play it by ear. If I go, I'll probably be there around noonish. If you want to meet up, BT, I'll be the guy who looks like me. I'll do my part and look for the guy that looks like you. Or I'll look for a small child running around raising hell.

FYI to anyone who's going...there will two rooms of exhibitors. We'll be the first booth you see when you go into the smaller room down the hallway. The larger room is to the right. There will be three of us working the booth, two girls and a guy. The guy is Eric the author, the curly haired girl is the co-creator, and through process of elimination you should be able to figure out who I am.

Yeah...any excuse is a lame ass excuse. :D
BT...Thanks for stopping by. I hope you like the book. Eric did pretty well that day for it being his first book and convention. I'd have to say it was pretty worth while.

We are going to visit my family in New England in 2 weeks, so wee must save the ca$h for the pet sitter, the parking lot at the airport, and maybe have enough to buy a pizza in Harvard Square.
I really would have LOVED to go, but it would be hard to attend and not have any ca$h to buy a few comics.
Maybe we'll go to next year's expo as a family of comic geeks (the baby will be 6 months old by then)

In truth I am none of these people, I just thought it was a funny photo.
This is a Sci Fi club photo that I found via Google. By the styles of hair & clothing I will guess that it was taken in the late 70's.
I was an A/V geek in high school:
