Hey folks,
I just want to say I just found WOXY on the internet and - WOW! Coming from an area where modern rock radio is dead and buried, it's good to have a place where I can listen to this music again - while I'm at work and home at least.
I live in Jersey, and our last source for anything somewhat alternative just died (G106.3 - which was a pale imitation of their former life as FM106.3). K-Rock in NYC plays nothing but rap metal - nothing worth a damn. WLIR also just died and I couldn't get them half the time anyway.
So keep up the good work on the internet.
To the folks who are saying that the station sold out - it might be true they sold their terrestrial signal, but they're still alive and well on the internet - and you should be thankful for that. It's a truly great mix of music.
