Well, maybe he's talking about KXXR, which would be a Minnesota station that goes by 93X, but they seem to specialize in Metallica, Kid Rock and Puddle of Mudd (judging by the homepage). So, basically, not at all the same kind of music (unless you mean music that contains instruments and vocals in general).

We've been 97X since 1983. But then again, if you think you're station has a copyright on the letter 'X', you've got some work to do.
