We’ve known this Brooklyn trio for years now. Erika first played in the Lounge back in March of 2004 when she was a member of Dirty On Purpose. A few years later, we asked Au Revoir Simone to join us out at Red Rocks to play our WOXY.com stage during the first year of the Monolith Festival.

We finally were able to snag them for a proper in-studio session when they hit the road to support their third full-length album Still Night, Still Light.

They had just started this tour (out with The Antlers for a few weeks) when Annie’s main keyboard, a Casio MT-70, kicked the bucket. They have persevered and will be reunited with a replacement shortly while on the road. In the meantime, this session serves as a fantastic sampler of the new album, featuring four of its songs.
