When Peter Walker helped found Dangerbird Records back in 2004, he imagined a label with a family feel to it. A label where the bands he signed could share stages, strategies and even musicians from time to time. Fast forward to 2009, and those dreams are coming true, and in a first hand way through his own band, Eulogies. While out on the road with another Dangerbird band, The Dears, Eulogies stopped into our Lounge for an excellent acoustic set of songs from their second full length album, Here Anonymous.

As you will hear from Peter in the interview, the songs began in a simple way, starting with nothing more than a bass guitar, an echoplex and a microphone. Hearing the tunes in this stripped-down fashion bring to mind how they may have been born.
