Lounge Act Recap – Gringo Star
The Atlanta music scene has brought us some great music in the past couple of years from bands like Deerhunter, Black Lips and All The Saints, but Gringo Star have been around just as long and flown under the radar criminally.
The four-piece band not only are road warriors, traveling the country and playing hundreds of dates a year, but also are all multi-talented musicians who can back each other up on just about every instrument. As a matter of fact, each band member took a turn behind the microphone during their set with us.
Out touring off the strength of their All Y’all record from last fall, the guys treated us to a great set of music and conversation before heading back out on the road again.
