For their third Lounge Act performance, Mason Proper broke out four brand new songs that are all in ‘consideration’ for their 2nd album later this year. They are still in the midst of the songwriting process for the new cd and one of the songs they play was so new that lead singer Jonathan Visger was referring back to his notebook during his performance.

While we wait for a new full-length to appear, the band will release an EP called Short Hand in March. Expect some live favorites and a dvd featuring several short films and videos to be included in the package.
